As a skilled health care professional and a RN since 1991, I am fully-trained and certified in all procedures offered at Radiance. I stay abreast of the latest advancements and research by participating in professional organizations including the Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses (AMEN), The American Society of Plastic Surgeon Nurses and the Wisconsin Nurses Association. Ali is truly excited to be a part of RADIANCE and the Beauty Industry. Trained at the highly-respected Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, WI and having practiced aesthetics since 2004, Ali has an extensive knowledge of skin physiology, skincare treatment options and medical grade skincare products. Ali utilizes that expertise and experience to first educate patients as to their skincare issues and treatment options, and to then recommend and deliver the solution that best meets each patients goals and expectations. Ali provides all medical aesthetic treatments and services including broadband light and laser therapies, chemical treatments and services including broadband light and laser therapies, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and full body waxing. Ali is passionate about skincare and helping each RADIANCE patient look and feel their very best!

Shawn O'Brien
Medical Director
Shawn O'Brien, MD, is a board certified physician and serves as the medical director for Radiance. Dr. O'Brien obtained his undergraduate degree at UW-Madison. He completed his medical degree and residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is board certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine with over 12 years of experience. Dr. O'Brien is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Physicians and has completed additional training in aesthetic medicine. He is married with 4 children, and enjoys running and triathlon.
